To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of deva.world, or which, as determined by deva.world, may harm deva.world or users of deva.world or expose them to liability.

To impersonate or attempt to impersonate deva.world, a deva.world employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

deva.world may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of deva.world, without notice, for any conduct that deva.world, in its sole discretion, believes is a violation of these terms of use, any applicable law, or is harmful to the interests of another user, a third-party provider, a service provider, or deva.world.

# Limitation of Liability

In no event shall deva.world be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to your use of deva.world.

You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Nevada and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

# Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and deva.world and govern your use of the deva.world platform, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and deva.world.
